Shia Muslims sit in protest in Quetta against massacre of Hazara Shia coalminers has begun on Western bypass Sunday.
The families of the martyrs first held sit-in protest at the main road near Mach massacre scene. Now sit-in being held under the aegis of MWM.

However, local administration held talks and finally they moved to Quetta.
They began sit-in protest in Quetta Sunday, while MWM’s leader Agha Mohammad Raza led the protesters
Agha Syed Raza said that Hazara Shia Muslims have been paying price for their love and loyalty with Pakistan.
However, protesters also questioned role of security agencies because they see it their failure to ensure safety of coalminers.
Their families have begun staging a sit-in on Western Bypass in Quetta. Till the filing of this report, they continued their sit-in protest.
They are demanding stern action against the culprits involved in Mach massacre.

Meanwhile, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari condemned massacre of Hazara Shia Muslims.
In a statement, he offered condolences to the bereaved families of the victims and the grieved Shia Muslim community.
He blamed the nexus of U.S.-led Zionist bloc and India for this tragic massacre of innocent Hazara Shia coalmine workers.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari further said that the takfiris have again resurfaced.
He saw similar behind attack on FC cops and Mach tragedy.
Moreover, he said enemies destabilizing plots against Pakistan aim at impeding shifting of balance of power from West to East.
