Iraqi army and al-Hashd al-Shaabi carried out joint operations against ISIS

The joint operation of the Iraqi army and al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Iraqi popular forces) forces began with the aim of identifying and destroying ISIS terrorist elements near the country’s borders with Syria.

By carrying out the operation on the Iraqi-Syrian border, the remnants of the remaining ISIS terrorist elements will be cleared.

The Iraqi Air Force is supporting the joint operation of the army and Hashd al-Shaabi forces.
