The Ansarullah backed Yemeni army fired three domestically-manufactured ballistic missiles at the positions of Saudi-backed militants in Saudi Arabia’s southwestern border region of Asir in retaliation for the Riyadh regime’s relentless military aggression against the impoverished Arab country.

The missile command of the Yemeni army on Saturday fired three ballistic missiles dubbed “Zelzal-1” at the militants’ positions in the al-Alab border crossing of Asir region, Saba news agency reported.

The Arab country’s artillery unit also pounded the gathering centers of Saudi-backed militants in the crossing, killing and injuring scores of them.

Meanwhile, tens of mercenaries were killed and others injured when the army forces foiled two infiltration attempts toward the army’s sites in Raboua, the source further said.

Yemeni forces regularly fire ballistic missiles at positions inside Saudi Arabia in retaliation for the Saudi-led war on Yemen.
