YEMEN TO INAUGURATE NEW PRODUCTION LINE FOR AIR DEFENSE MISSILE
Yemen’s army spokesman assistant, Colonel Aziz Rashid, said on Monday, they are about to inaugurate a new air defense system for the Army and the Popular Committees, which can shoot down any Saudi aircraft of the Saudi-led aggression backed by U.S intelligence support.
“We can say that shooting down any Saudi aircraft of aggression has been inaugurated,” Rashid said, speaking to Arabic-language Al-Masrih Net. He added, this military achievement of the Yemeni air defense comes as a result of responding for the orders of the Supreme Leader of the Yemeni Revolution [Sayyed Al Houthis ] and the efforts of the Ministry of Defense.
He added that “It was only a matter of hours passed since shooting down a fighter jet belongs to the alliance of aggression in the north-eastern of Saada Governorate; then the air defenses announced targeting an F-15 of the Saudi-led aggression over capital Sana’a using surface-to-air missile.”
“The military messages that the Yemeni air defenses have sent citied that shooting down warplanes of aggression has entered into practice with the beginning of the new year 2018, despite the internationalized efforts of the Saudi aggression to keep posing blockade on the country,” Rashid said.
He concluded saying: “If you find the wise leadership and the will to fight and win, all impossible things will be easy to be implemented, with God bless”.
