Terrorist Blast in Yemen’s Marib kills 6 Civilians, Injured Dozens

An explosion in a busy marketplace in the Yemeni city of Marib on Friday killed at least six people and wounded several others.

The explosion in the Houthi movement (Ansarallah) loyal town east of the Yemeni capital of Sanaa has been reported as a suicide bombing, according to local media sources.

Yemen has been mired in a conflict by Saudi-led aggression in March 2015.

United Nations-brokered talks aimed at ending Yemen’s civil war resumed in Kuwait on Wednesday after they nearly fell apart last week when both sides accused each other of numerous violations of the April-10 implemented ceasefire.
