Attacks on Saudi Airports Are Part of the Air Blockade: Ansar Allah Yemen

Shiite News: Member of the political bureau of Yemen’s popular movement Ansar Allah, Hizam al-Asad, has announced that the attacks carried out on Saudi Arabia’s airports are part of the air blockade against Riyadh and that the targeting of infrastructure was initiated by the Saudi government itself.

In his statement, Hizam al-Asad said that the Saudi government, during the aggression imposed on Yemen, bombed everywhere including mosques and residential areas, as a result of which countless innocent civilians were martyred and injured. He clarified that targeting Saudi airports is a direct response to that same aggression and siege.

It is noteworthy that in recent weeks, the Yemeni armed forces, along with liberating the country’s important strategic areas from Saudi-backed elements, have adopted the policy of siege for siege and attack for attack, under which Saudi Arabia’s important economic centers, oil and gas installations, and airports are being targeted.
