Yemen Stands Shoulder to Shoulder with Palestine, Will Respond Forcefully to Saudi Aggression: Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi

Shiite News: Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, said in an address at a large gathering marking 12 Rabi al-Awwal and Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) that the Yemeni people remain firmly aligned with Palestine and the resistance front. He said that, according to the divine promise, the decline of what he described as the occupying Israeli regime is ultimately certain.

Issuing a strong warning to Saudi Arabia, Sayyed al-Houthi said Yemen’s position remains unwavering. He stated that if Saudi Arabia escalates its blockade or aggression, Yemen would respond more forcefully under what he described as the principle of “blockade for blockade.” He also accused Saudi Arabia of serving U.S. and Israeli interests in the region.

The Yemeni leader strongly criticized what he described as Saudi Arabia’s contradictory policies, saying that the Yemeni people have faced restrictions and a blockade for 12 years while, according to his remarks, the skies over Mecca and Medina have been opened to Israeli aircraft. He characterized this as a betrayal of the Muslim Ummah.

He called on the Muslim world to unite against what he described as global Zionism, arguing that the adversary seeks to subjugate Muslim nations and exploit their resources. He further said that the resilience of the resistance front in Iran, Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, and Iraq is a major outcome of their steadfastness.
