Social Nationalist Party condemns Crime of Targeting Hazeez Power Station in Sana’a
The Social Nationalist Party strongly condemned the crime committed by the Zionist enemy in targeting the Hazeez Power Station in the capital, Sana’a, which led to the disruption of vital services affecting citizens’ lives.
In a statement received by the Yemen News Agency (SABA), the party described the cowardly attack as an aggressive act that exposes the enemy’s criminal nature and hostility toward human values. The statement emphasized that the attack comes as part of desperate attempts to undermine the resilience of the Yemeni people and punish them for their steadfast positions in support of the Palestinian people, defending their just cause, and rejecting the policies of extermination, starvation, and displacement practiced by the Zionist entity against the people of Gaza.
The statement highlighted Yemen’s firm and principled stance in supporting the Palestinian cause, its continued full solidarity with the Palestinian people , their brave resistance, and its explicit support for the people of Gaza as they confront the Zionist war machine with the highest levels of resilience and sacrifice in defense of their land, dignity, and identity.
It expressed strong condemnation of the international community’s suspicious silence in the face of ongoing crimes, whether in Palestine, where civilians in Gaza suffer the gravest forms of aggression, or in Yemen, where infrastructure and national resources are targeted.
The party called on the United Nations and international organizations to assume their responsibilities and fulfill their legal and moral duties in halting the crimes of the Zionist entity against both the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples, noting that such action falls squarely within their core responsibilities and mandates.
The statement concluded that these attacks will only strengthen the Yemeni people’s resolve and adherence to their principled positions, continuing their support for the Palestinian people until they secure their legitimate rights, foremost of which are full liberation and the establishment of an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
