327 Criminal operations by ISIS and Al-Qaeda in Baydha center Yemen

The security services monitored a number of criminal operations carried out by ISIS and al-Qaeda members in Baydha governorate, center Yemen.

Statistics from the Security Media Center indicated that al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists carried out, during a period from January 2015 until May 2020, more than 327 criminal operations between armed ambushes, assassinations and detonation.

The statistics added that Takfiri elements in Baydha detonated 194 explosive devices on roads and in front of homes.

According to the statistic, ISIS and al-Qaeda members committed 27 assassinations, 11 failed to kill the targeted person and 59 attacks against army and security personnel.
