African Shiites mark Imam Musa Kazim’s (as) Martyrdom anniversary

Hundreds of thousands attended the programme at Baqiyyatullah Husainiyyah, Zaria on 25/Rajab/1432 (25/6/2011).According to the Shiite News monitoring desk,Africsn Shiites mark the day of shuhda and martyrdom anniversary of seventh Imam of Shiites Hazarat Imam Musa Kazim (AS) who is the grand son of the holy prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH).

Parts of the activities includes Lecture by Sheikh Zakzaky, key address on the activities of Shuhada Foundation by its Chairman M. Abdulhameed Bello; presentation of trophies, certificates and other gifts to those excelled in contributing to the Foundation by Sheikh Zakzaky.

Among the attendants also were families of the martyrs. The programme was also made colorful with pictures of the martyrs and banners. Poem on merit of martyrdom was also recited by group of Ittihadus Shu’ara’u of the Islamic Movement
