Former Chief of Dubai Police: US Knows ISIL Command, Avoids Striking It

Former Chief of Dubai Police Dahi al-Khalfan said that the United States knows the positions of ISIL central command yet deliberately avoids striking it.
Khalfan added via Twitter that the US backed ISIL fighters who joined al-Qaeda terrorist group in Afghanistan and turned to be unable to get rid of them.
