75 Taliban Militants Killed in Afghan Army Operations

At least 75 Taliban militants were killed in various provinces of the country in the past 24 hours, Afghan officials said.
The Interior Ministry of Afghanistan said in a statement that the militants were killed in Nangarhar, Parwan, Kunduz, Zabul, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Ghazni, Farah and Helmand provinces, Khaama Press reported.
“Afghan national army and Afghan national police jointly conducted the operations,” the statement further added.
Some 28 Taliban militants were also injured and 4 others arrested during the operations, the ministry added.
