100 Days of Saudi Aggression: 155 Yemeni Martyrs and 407 Injured, Yemeni Ministry of Health

Shiite News: Yemen’s Ministry of Public Health and Environment has announced that in the first 100 days of the Saudi aggression that began on July 13, 2026, 562 Yemeni civilians have been martyred and injured, including 155 martyrs and 407 injured.

Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Anis Al-Asbahi stated in a press conference on Wednesday that more than 32 percent of the total casualties occurred in Taiz province, followed by Saada and Al-Jawf. He said that during October 16 to 18 alone, 29 people were martyred and 88 injured in Saudi attacks.

The spokesman, detailing the recent crimes, said that on October 18, in a Saudi airstrike on the house of Ali Al-Qaham in Sahar district of Saada, more than 10 people were martyred and more than 23 injured, the majority of them women and children, and 7 children were among the martyrs. Similarly, in an attack on fishermen’s boats on the Al-Kadhah coast in Dhubab district of Taiz, 8 fishermen were martyred, while in a bombing on a house in the Al-Nashmah area of Al-Ma’afir district, a mother and her three children were severely injured.

According to the Yemeni Ministry of Health, this new wave of aggression began with Saudi attacks on Sanaa International Airport, while continuous restrictions on airports and ports and the closure of air travel have deprived thousands of patients of treatment abroad, and the shortage of medicines and medical supplies has worsened the health crisis.

The Ministry said that continuously targeting civilians’ homes and infrastructure and restrictions on patients’ travel are blatant violations of international humanitarian law. According to Yemeni authorities, these figures prove that the real target of Al Saud’s aggression is Yemen’s unarmed civilians, women, and children.
