European Parliament: US, Britain Contributed to Human Rights Violations in Yemen

Saudi Arabia backed by the US and the West, committed war crimes in Yemen, the member of the European Parliament for the Czech Republic, Katarjina Konichna, said. The United States and Britain go on backing Saudi Arabia with weapons, which makes them reliable for the widespread human rights violations in Yemen as a result of the illegal Saudi military intervention, Katarjina stated in an article published in Hello Novini newspaper.

The continued bombing of residential areas and civilian targets in Yemen by the US-Saudi-led aggression is an unjustified and unacceptable act, the European Parliament member stressed.

Earlier, Katarjina confirmed in an interview with the Czech Parliamentary Papers website that the Saudi regime finances terrorism in the whole world.
