Hamas resurgence in nothern Gaza

There have been many reports about Hamas resurgence in Northern Gaza. This is while the Israeli regime had claimed that it had cleared the area from Hamas fighters.

But the Israeli regime forces had to back track to see if they could eliminate the resurgence, something they could not achieve, even though they have departed the area already.
