Hamas: Israel’s Move to Breach Ceasefire to Open Gates of Hell on Zionists

The military wing of Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, al-Qassam Brigades, said on Monday that the Zionist regime has opened up the gates of hell on itself by breaching the temporary ceasefire and committing another heinous crime in the Gaza Strip.
“Each time, the Zionist enemy repeats its deception, betrayal and crimes and its last betrayal and crime was the yesterday’s violation which happened few hours before the expiration of the ceasefire when they launched air strikes against innocent civilians,” said the al-Qassam Brigades in a statement on Wednesday, referring to Israel renewal of its military strikes against the Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
The Israeli attacks came ahead of the expiration of a recently-agreed truce at 2100 GMT in which a Palestinian infant was killed in Sheikh Ridhvan neighborhood.
In response to Israeli violation of the temporary ceasefire, al-Qassam Brigades fired rockets into targets in the occupied Palestine including Tel Aviv, al-Quds, Ben Gurion airport, Kiryat Malakhi, and Netivot.
The Brigades added that the Zionist enemy would pay a high price for violating the ceasefire.
Palestinian officials have blamed Israel for the collapse of a temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip as several Palestinians are killed during fresh Israeli attacks.
“The ceasefire has collapsed and Israel is responsible,” Azzam al-Ahmed, the head of the Palestinian negotiating team in Cairo, said on Wednesday.
“We are leaving tomorrow, but we have not pulled out of negotiations,” he stated, adding that the Palestinians were waiting for Israel’s response to their truce proposal.
“We will not come back (to Cairo) until Israel responds,” Ahmed said.
Ahmed also said a peace agreement could have been reached, but it was Israel’s decision to make the talks fail.
