PHC grants bail to the man CTD police arrested with grenades, IED

Counterterrorism Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police arrested Waseem Khan with weapons but Peshawar Highcourt granted him bail.
Most importantly, CTD KP said that they seized two hand grenades and four kilogrammes improvised explosive device from Wsaeem.
Also, they recovered safety fuses, and detonators from his possession.
But, Waseem approached the court who directed him to furnish two surety bonds valuing Rs100,000 each.
