Pakistan ruling and opposition parties’ leaders support Iran

Leaders of Pakistan ruling and opposition parties have announced their full support to Iran in view of regional tension.
Seasoned parliamentarians and religio-political leaders also warned against the US and Zionist conspiracies against the Muslim nations.

They expressed their views, speaking at a National Conference on Pakistan’s role in changing situation of the region.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen organised the conference in Islamabad.

There, Pakistan’s polity strongly condemned the US aggressive policies in region and extended their full support to Iran.

Most importantly, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Naeem-ul-Haq turned down US warmongering narrative.

He vowed that Pakistan cannot support US policies against Iran because Zionist regime poses real threat to peace of Middle East.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen organised National Conference on Pakistan’s role in changing situation of the region.

Furthermore, he said that Pakistan will not become part of war against any Muslim country in the world.

The ruling PTI leader also called for resolution of the longstanding issue of Palestine for peace and stability in the region.

Former chairman of the Senate of Pakistan Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari also criticized the US for policy of double standards towards Muslims.

Opposition PPP’s veteran Bukhari emphasised that Pakistan and other regional states must stand by Iran for the benefit of the entire region.

Moreover, incumbent chairman of the Senate Committee on Interior, Senator Rehman Malik also spoke. He also belongs to Pakistan People’s Party.

Former minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry of Pakistan Muslim League-N also spoke. He declared stability of Muslim brother country Iran the stability of Pakistan.

Meanwhile, senior politician Afrasiab Khattak and Mian Iftikhar Hussain from Awami National Party (ANP), Kamil Ali Agha of ruling coalition, Jamaat-e-Islami leader Liaquat Baloch and chairman Sunni Ittehad Council Sahibzada Muhammad Hamid Raza also spoke.

Most importantly, they all rejected US warmongering policies and unjustifiable stance against Iran.  Notably, they expressed solidarity with Iran.

The host, secretary general Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari thanked them for participation.
