Pakistan Army Chief urges all for efforts to keep conflict away from region amid rising tensions in the Persian Gulf region.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif met COAS at the General Headquarters.

Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Bajwa said in that meeting that war is not in anyone’s interest.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR said that both sides discussed matters of mutual interest and evolving regional situation.

During the meeting, Iranian foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s positive role for regional peace and stability.
