Most importantly, PPP Chairman emphasised the need to strengthen Pakistan Iran bilateral relations.

Moreover, they also discussed the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project at the meeting.

Noteworthy: PPP government had sealed the IP gas pipeline final deal (GSPA). The party leaders claim credit for the project.

However, they also criticise others for delaying the most important energy projeect.

Due to incompletion of the IP project, Pakistan has suffered very much as the IP gas would hae enabled Pakistan to produce around 5000 megawatt electricity.

Moreover, PMLN-government and now PTI government stay away from IP project because US and Saudi monacrhy pressure Pakistan.
