ISO condemns murder of a professor by a student in Bahawalpur

Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) Pakistan spokesman Jalal Haider condemned the brutal murder of a professor Bahawalpur’s Government Sadiq Egerton College.

He said in a statement that extremism in all its forms is condemnable and deleterious for the entire society. He said students condemn the murder of teacher by student. He said that all have to play their role to discourage extremism in society.
Khateeb, a 5th-semester BS student enrolled in the English department, had exchanged hot words with Associate Professor Khalid Hameed, the head of the English department at around 8:40am over the arranging of a ‘welcome party’ at the college that was to be held on Thursday but the third-year allegedly stabbed a professor to death on Wednesday.
