MWM invites PTI leader Ejaz Chaudhry to Islamic Unity Conference

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen delegation met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ejaz Chaudhry and invited him to attend the Islamic Unity Conference being organised in Islamabad on March 31.

MWM leaders Syed Asad Abbas Naqvi, Allama Syed Mubarak Mousavi and Syed Hassan Kazmi called on Mr. Ejaz in Lahore. They briefed him on the MWM efforts for unity of Muslims of various sects. They said MWM had been striving and promoting unity of Muslims.
PTI leader praised MWM role and said this was also the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan for unity of Islamic Ummah. He said PM Khan wants to see all parties and scholars on one platform on the issues of Ummah.
The Wahdat-e-Islami or Islamic Unity Conference is aimed at bringing Muslim notables and scholars who have different interpretation of Islamic teachings to one stage for unity on the basis of common points of their interpretation of Islam.
They have kicked off an invitation campaign for the conference that will be held on the last day of their three-day convention.
