Sibte Jafar and Dr Naqvi remembered on anniversaries of their martyrdoms
Imamia Students Organisation held a seminar in commemoration of anniversaries of martyrdoms of Professor Sibt-e-Jafar and Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi in Karachi.
Allama Shabbir Bukhari, Allama Nasim Zaidi, Allama Mubashir and Syeda Zahra Naqvi, the daughter of martyr Dr Naqvi, spoke at the seminar in Malir Jafar-e-Tayyar held under the aegis of ISO Pakistan Karachi Division chapter.
They paid homage to the great martyrs who served Pakistan, Pakistanis, Islam, Muslim and humanity since both were active in serving ordinary people in the field of education and health.
The speakers at the seminar said that the service-oriented life of these two martyrs is beacon of guidance throughout our life to reach humane goals. They said that Professor Sibt-e-Jafar was a great contributor in the field of education and Urdu literature being a poet as well.
They said Dr Naqvi network of medical hospital/ clinics showed he was not limited to those sorts of religious activities that sought him to stay away from general public. They said it was the different mindset of those two pious martyrs who believed in service of humanity in accordance with the ideology of Shia Islam and infallible leaders of Shia Islam.
