Allama Javad says Imam Khomeini had a political will due to which he succeeded

Renowned scholar and head of Islamic Ummah Awakening Movement Pakistan Allama Syed Javad Naqvi has said that Grand Ayatollah Imam Khomeini had unwavering belief in Islamic system of Imamat based on the leadership of infallible Imam.

“The great jurisprudent Imam Khomeini had a political will and if all scholars had identical political will, the entire world would have embraced Imamat as a political system,” he said, addressing the Friday prayers in Lahore.
It is relevant to add here that Shia Muslims believe in infallible leadership and in case of occultation of the infallible, his deputy, the highly qualified Islamic jurisprudent meeting the requirements of leadership, is considered the central authority.
Allama Javad said that Imam Hussain (AS) remains an honour and pride of the entire humanity due to his unmatched struggle and sacrifices that had no parallel in the history of humankind. He said Islamic jurisprudent Imam Khomeini is pride and honour of Shia Muslims because of his successful struggle and revolution in Iran.
