Allama Sajid Naqvi’s grandson returns home after 2month enforced disappearance
Youngster Syed Hamza Naqvi has safely returned home in Rawalpindi after having spent two month in detention on false charges. He is grandson of renowned Shia Islamic scholar and Shia Ulema Council chief Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi.
Hamza was picked up and subjected to enforced disappearance and on protest from the family and supporters, CTD showed him arrested on baseless charges of running social media pages of banned outfit. His detention was aimed at gagging him because of his posts on social media.
Aun Sajid, son of Allama Sajid Naqvi released a photo with Hamza after his release.
