Rizwan Kazmi who went missing has returned home

Syed Rizwan Kazmi, a close aide of Allama Javad Naqvi, who was believed to have been subjected to enforced disappearance has returned home in Lahore, family said.

Whereabouts of former ISO President Kazmi was not known since last week of October, 2018. He was reportedly picked up near Ferozepur Road in Lahore.
His wife had filed petition in the Lahore High Court seeking the judiciary’s help for his recovery and the LHC had issued notices to the relevant police and legal officers in this regard.
Rizwan Kazmi has been affiliated with Jamia Urwatul Wusqa of Allama Javad Naqvi nowadays.
