Female Shia pilgrim crushed to death by drunkard policeman

Drunkard police cop hit a woman Shia pilgrim who was part of a convoy of pilgrims due to which she died on the spot. The Shia Zaireen convoy was on way to Taftan border town via Quetta from Jacobabad when Balochistan police denied them entry into Balochistan province from Sindh province.

Zubeda Khanum had come out of bus and was protesting against denial of permission to their buses to proceed to destination. She was standing when a drunkard policeman boarded the bus and took control over driving seat. He started moving the bus and hit the woman.
The woman Shia pilgrim Zubeda Khanum hailed from Kharadar Karachi. Police first didn’t hand over the body but after protest of Shia Zaireen, the body was given to the relatives and that was shifted to Karachi for funeral.
Aftab Mirani, the head of the pilgrims convoy said that the police had demanded Rs10,000 bribe for allowing to proceed further and on this the woman pilgrim was protesting. SHO police had fled the scene after the tragic death of the woman pilgrim.
MWM leaders Allama Maqsood Domki and Barkat Ali Mutahri had rushed to the spot and joined the protest. They demanded registrations of case against section 302.
Shia pilgrims have announced protest campaign and latest reports from Quetta said that Shia Zaireen began sit-in on Alamdar Road against the unjustifiable restrictions on their travelling for pilgrimage to Karbala via Iran through Taftan border town. They are going to join Arbaeen 20 Million Walk from Najaf to Karbala.
