shiitenews muntazi imam-300x225Handicap Shia innocent man Syed Muntazir Imam, detained by the biased officials of Crime Investigation Department (CID) Sindh in several fake target killing cases of Nasabi-wahabi terrorists organization leaders, was acquitted in five out of the seven cases against him on Friday.

According to the Shiite News Correspondent, The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Administrative Judge Justice Maqbool Baqar dropped the charges against him in FIRs registered at the North Nazimabad, Shahrea Faisal, Airport, Shah Faisal Colony and CID police stations.

He still faces charges in two cases, one of which hearing held on Saturday while the other one is still under scrutiny. Muntazir Imam was kidnapped by the CID Police officials outside from Madina-tul-Ilam Mosque Gulshan-e-Iqbal on May 17 and was dubbed to be a sectarian serial killer.

He has a damaged wrist and disjointed fingers – which create doubts about his ability to carry out the killings. When he was presented in court after his arrest, he looked as if he had been tortured and the police wanted physical custody but the judge sent him to jail. The medical reports confirmed that he had been brutally tortured while in police custody to take forced statement from the Muntazir Imam.

The senior shia lawyer Shaheed Mukhtar Bukhari was the consul of Muntazir Imam and he lost his life for fighting the cases of Shia innocent men detained by the CID and SIU Police officials.

But the ATC Judge orders to register the FIR against the Police officials involved in the registering the fake case against Imam, however, the main culprits of Shaheed Mukhtar Bukhari assassination and fake cases on Muntazir Imam, SSP CID Chaudhry Aslam and SSP Umar Shahied were not come under the trial and remained safe.
