MWM puts 4 conditions to support Tahir-ul-Qadri’s anti-govt movement

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has decided to support Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri’s movement against the PMLN government if the latter accept 4 conditions of the MWM.

The MWM leadership’s four conditions are: If Dr Tahir ul Qadri succeeds, he will make Gilgit-Baltistan a full-fledged province like other four provinces of Pakistan and grant all legitimate rights to its people, auqaf properties should be given under control of the relevant schools of thought, takfiri ideology will be declared forbidden and unlawful and takfiris and their patrons will be punished, and elections should be held on the proportionate basis that means Shiites will be allocated seats in the legislature according to proportion of their population.

These 4 conditions will be presented formally to Dr Tahir ul Qadri at a meeting of MWM’s top leaders with him.
