MWM welcomes govt decision for compensation to the heirs of martyrs
Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has welcomed the government’s decision to for payment of compensatory amounts to the heirs of the martyrs and action against the Yazidi takfiri terrorists of banned outfits.
“We appreciate the government’s decision to issue arms license to doctors, lawyers, professors, religious scholars and notables,” Allama Mukhtar Imami, secretary general, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Sindh chapter, said speaking to his cabinet members at Wahdat House on Friday.
Hassan Hashmi, Maulana Ali Anwar, Mubashir Hassan, Ali Hussain Naqvi, Engineer Raza Naqvi, Asif Safavi, Asghar Abbas Zaidi, Asghar Zaidi, Alam Karbalai and Allama Abdullah Mutaheri were also present.
Allama Imami said that notification of approval of MWM’s charter of demands by Sindh Government augured well. He informed his comrades that list of the martyrs who were assassinated by target killers, was provided to the government for compensatory amount to the martyrs’ heirs, Shiite News Correspondent reported.
“Government has assured that compensation will be paid by Ramzan and the takfiri graffiti of the banned terrorist outfits will be erased and action will be taken against the terrorists. We welcome it,” he shared the latest developments with the party officials of Karachi and Sindh chapters.
The MWM leader said that a follow up meeting was held at Commissioner House in Karachi where notification of approval of MWM’s 14-points charter of demand was issued. The MWM had staged a sit-in on Sunday June 1 to protest against Shia genocide and then their officials presented charter of demand to the Sindh government’s officials who held talks with them.
