Allama Abid Hussaini warns to resist the settlement of outsiders in Shia areas

Former Senator of Pakistan and a renowned Shia leader from Parachinar (FATA) Allama Abid Hussain al Hussaini has warned the government not to allow outsiders to settle in Shia-majority areas in Kurrum Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA).

In an exclusive chat, he said, Shia Muslims of Sadda, Balish Khel, Jalmay and Urhwali were displaced but no attention was paid for their rehabilitation and on the other hand outsiders were being allowed to settle in Shia areas to change the demography in favour of enemies of Shiites.

“It is unjustifiable. Even the Afghanis are being settled in Shia areas of the Kurrum Agency. Government supports the enemies of Shia Muslims and Shiites are denied their legitimate rights. If they don’t stop, we shall resist the plotters and foil their nefarious designs,” he warned.
