justice-Mockery-Malik-Ishaq-releasedA Rawalpindi anti-terrorist court has acquitted notorious co-founder and ringleader of banned Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) namely Malik Ishaq in 3 cases of terrorism.
The ATC Judge Raza Masood Akthar issued acquittal order for banned terrorist outfit’s ringleader who was involved in killing of Sunni and Shia Muslims and attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team. The ATC judge said that the evidence against Ishaq was not sufficient for further proceedings.
He was initially a member of Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP) and then co-founded Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, another terrorist subsidiary for the Sipah-e-Sahaba. Both groups were declared outlawed by the government of Pakistan, Shiite News Correspondent cited.
Malik Ishaq publicly claimed the responsibility for Shia genocide but no action was taken against so far. Ahmed Ludhianvi who renamed Sipah-e-Sahaba as Ahl-e- Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) struck a deal with Malik Ishaq and made him his outfit’s deputy chief but Malik Ishaq group continued killing of Ludhianvi’s close abettors and now to hoodwink people Ludhianvi announced suspension of his membership.
