3 innocent Shiites acquitted in Yazidi takfiri murder case

Three innocent Shia Muslims were acquitted by the Court in a case of a murder in Gilgit-Baltistan, Shiite News reported here on Tuesday.

Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) pronounced the order of acquittal of 3 Shia Muslims. They were wrongly implicated in the murder of Qari Gul Rehman, an official of banned terrorist outfit Yazidi takfiri nasbi Sipah-e-Sahaba.

Shahbaz Haramoshi defended the Shia Muslims in the case while Haq Nawaz was the lawyer on behalf of the heirs of Gul Rehman.
