Shia Muslims were target of the terrorists who killed 4 Karachi’ites in blast

khi balastChief of Sindh Police has said that Shia Muslims boarded in a bus were the target of the terrorists whose bomb blast in Karachi claimed lives of 4 persons including a woman on Friday.
“A bus was coming from Imam Bargah Yasrab and it seems that was the target of the terrorists,” Inspector General Police Sindh province Iqbal Mehmood told reporters after huge blast near a Sunni Bralevi mosque on Chaudhry Khaliq uz Zaman Road on Friday.
Jamey Masjid and Imam Bargah Yasrab is situated in phase IV, D.H.A. that is a posh area of Karachi. Reports had it that Shia notables or students were boarding the bus that said to be the target.
He said that it was a remotely controlled bomb weighing 10 kg and planted in a rickshaw. According to initial reports from the Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU), explosive material was loaded with ball bearings and nut blots.
Four people were killed while 30 others sustained injuries in an explosion in the Delhi Colony area of Karachi.
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon asked the PMLN government that they should announce an end to the ongoing talks with the terrorists because now they continued the killings but don’t claim responsibility.
