Shia-prisonersTwenty-one innocent Shia Muslims, detained under MPO by the biased DCO Rawalpindi, were released by the Court on Wednesday.

Shiite News Correspondent reported here that Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen leaders waged a legal battle and filed complaint against their unjustifiable detention under Maintenance of Public Order. The honourable court of Rawalpindi sets aside the DCO’s MPO related order and did justice to the innocent Shiites.

More than 70 innocent Shia Muslims were implicated in a false case about Ashura Tragedy in which the Yazidi nasbi takfiri terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba attacked them on 10th of Moharram last year. The pro-Saudi PMLN government sided with the pro-Saudi terrorists and punished Shiites for their self-defence against the terrorists.

These innocent Shiites were arrested and detained. More than 60 have been released on the order of the Anti-Terrorism Court on bail. But the DCO Pindi continued the detention of 21 of the under the MPO that the Court has turned down. They were being released today.
