Many innocent Shia Muslims detained under MPO after having been released by the Court

Pro-Saudi Punjab government continued to detain many innocent Shia Muslims who the Rawalpindi Court released. They were implicated in Ashura Tragedy Pindi. Saudi gift worth US$1.5 billion is said to be influencing factor behind intensified anti-Shia policies of the PMLN government.

Shiite News Correspondent reported here that Saudi-backed PMLN government first implicated innocent Shia Muslims in Ashura Tragedy Pindi to please the Saudi-Wahhabi-backed Deobandi fanatics who had attacked the procession of Ashura.

Anti Terrorist Court Rawalpindi released 64 of the innocent Shiites on bail due to efforts of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen leadership. Biased DCO Pindi got enraged and ordered to continue to keep 22 of them behind the bars under Maintenance of Public Ordinance (MPO) for one month.  

  Shia parties and leaders have condemned the continued detention of innocent Shia Muslims. They cited the statements of politicians, religious Sunni high-echelons and analysts and journalists that fanatic Salafi-Deobandi set all to occupy Pakistan. They said that continued detention of innocent Shiites despite the fact that Court granted them bail, is a proof that Saudi monarchy has bought Pakistani government.
