Khairpuri Shiites stage sit-in outside Chief Minister House to protest the murder

Shia Muslims of Khairpur district staged sit-ins refusing to bury the martyr unless the killers were arrested. They finally took the coffin of the martyr in front of Sindh Chief Minister’s Khairpur residence to continue sit-in there on Thursday.

Shiite News Correspondent reported here that Shiites got enraged over the unjustifiable murder of Mir Manzoor Talpur. Relatives and friends came out on streets and began staging sit-ins. Finally, they shifted their protest to C M House Khairpur.

They announced end to the hour-long sit-in after the staff there accepted their legitimate demands. Manzoor Talpur was laid to rest after that.
