First anniversary of Abbas Town Tragedy being observed today

First anniversary of the twin blasts that left over 50 people martyred and hundreds injured in Shia majority Abbas Town Karachi, is being observed today.

The day began with thunder and rain that was considered as a divine rage on the terrorism and blessings for the martyrs of the tragedy that included Sunnis and Shiites.

Residential buildings were reduced to debris due to huge blasts in Abbas Town. Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorists of banned Taliban/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi were involved in the blasts. Bombs were concealed in arms-laden vehicle. Children and women were also martyred in the huge blasts.  

Shia Muslims are holding condolence meetings and congregations to commemorate the martyrdoms in the tragedy. Shia scholars say that nothing could stop them from true path of infallible leaders of Islam. They say that the best way to embrace death is martyrdom.
