Hamid-MousaviAllama Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi, chief of Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria (TNFJ), has criticized the PMLN government’s foreign policy and asked the rulers to bring in needed changes in the present failed policy.

He said that Pakistani government should not ignore the reasons behind the close relations of China, Iran and Afghanistan with India. Iran was the first country that recognized Pakistan as a state in 1947 and China is also a tested friend but their closer relations with India showed failure of Pakistan’s foreign policy.

“Government must not become a party to the tension between some Muslim countries. Remain neutral and don’t tilt to any side,” he urged. He said that Pakistan should lead the Islamic Ummah to establish unity among them instead of supporting one against other. He said that it is tragedy that Islamic countries are pitted against each other rather than fighting the enemies of Islam.

Allama Moosavi advised the government to end the clod attitude towards Islamic Republic of Iran. He said that Pakistan should not lose the friendship and alliance with Iran because Iran is the most trusted and loyal friend of Pakistani nation.
