PPP leader Shehla Raza fails to woo Sunni leader against Shia partyPakistan Peoples Party’s leader Shehla Raza failed to woo Sunni Ittehad Council Chief Sahibzada Hamid Raza against the leading Shia party Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen.

Shiite News Correspondent learnt here on Monday that Shehla Raza met Sahibzada Hamid Raza in Karachi. She offered him to part ways with his ally MWM and get official protocol in Sindh by his party’s provincial government.

She asked him to join hands with another Shia party’s leader and make alliance that party. Sahibzada Hamid Raza got angry and reacted to her offer saying that he never saw the said party active on national scene. He made clear to her that Shia-Sunni alliance is a natural alliance and alliance can be made with the active and functional Shia party who represents Shiites of Pakistan in letter and spirit.

He left the meeting and warned Shehla Raza not to repeat similar mistake in future. He said that he would make no deal with the PPP without the consent of the MWM.
