SP CID Chaudhry Aslam & SSP leader Orangzeb Farooqi involves in Mukhtar Advocate assassination

The leaders of Shiite Community of Karachi and family of the Shaheed Mukhtar Bukhari advocate has alleged that the SP Crime Investigation Department (CID) Chaudhry Mohammad Aslam and outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba leader Organzeb Farooqi were the main culprits involved in the assassination of Senior lawyer Shaheed Mukhtar Bukhari Advocate.

The facts collected by the team of Shiite News revealed that the Shaheed Mukhtar Advocate had received the life threats from the CID Police officials and the terrorists of banned outfit because of his active role for the release of innocent Shia men detained by the CID Police on bogus charges of the killing of the leaders of banned outfit.

The legal advisor of Shiite Community of Sindh and close aide of Mukhtar Bukhari advocate Syed Askari Reza informed the Shiite News Correspondence that Shaheed Bukhari was received the life threats from the last one year and we had requested the Sindh Police officials to immediately grant him the security but they did not take the matter seriously.

He informed that the Officials of CID Police having close links with outlawed SSP leader Orangzeb Farooqi threatened the Mukhtar Bukhari advocate to kill him and forced him to withdraw from the counseling of detained Muntazir Imam.

He said that the Muntazir Imam is innocent person and was not involved in any kind of crime adding that the Muntazir Imam was booked in false cases of the target killing of SSP leader Hafiz Ahmed Buksh and Engineer Ilyas Zubari because on the time of the killing of these persons he was at Malaysia.

Askari Reza said that the Sindh High Court has taken the notice of the bogus cases and brutal torture of CID Police on handicap Muntazir Imam and from the day of his first hearing to the martyrdom of Mukhtar Bukhari advocate. The advocate had received the continuous life threats from CID Police and SSP terrorists.

He informed that the Police has registered the FIR against unknown people without any consultation of the family of deceased saying that the Shiite Community has decided to register the FIR against SSP CID Chaudhry Mohammad Aslam and leader of terrorist outfit Orangzeb Farooqi over their involvement in the killing of Mukhtar Bukhari advocate.

He said that we have submitted the application in Sindh High Court for the registration of the case on 25th August and hoped that the High court will register the FIR against the culprits within the two to three days.

It may be noted here that the leaders of Shia community Allama Abbas Kumaili of Jaffaria Alliance Pakistan, Maulana Nazir Abbas Taqvi of Shia Ulema Council and Maulana Hassan Zafar Naqvi of Majlis Wehdat-e-Muslameen have demanded of the government to arrest the nominated persons involved in the assassination of Mukhtar Bukhari advocate.

Shaheed Mukhtar Bukhari was the brave and intelligent person of the community and the continuous life threats to Mukhtar Bukahri advocate had not stop his struggle for the oppressed people of the community. He was fighting the dozens of the cases of detained Shia youths without any charges. Â His martyrdom was the great lost of the Shiite Community of Pakistan.
