Azadari is an integral part of our religion

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) has urged the relevant authorities to shoulder their responsibilities by doing needful to ensure foolproof security during Shia religious activities including
the mourning (azadari).
Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi, Maulana Mukhtar Imami, Maulana Abdullah Mutaheri and Maulana Ghulam Reza of the MWM, made this demand  at a press conference in Sukkur.They vowed to practice Shia Islam according to their legitimate Constitutional rights and they would not tolerate any interpretation that denies them to enjoy their legitimate rights.
“Azadari is an integral part of our religion. The true martyrs of Islam followed to path of Imam Hussain (AS) to defend Islam and Islamic principles therefore we shall continue to defeat the enemies of Islam and Islamic principles, come what may,” asserted Mr. Naqvi. Mukhtar Imami and others maintained that the MWM represents whole of Pakistan from Gilgit-Baltistan’s mountains to the Arabian sea near
Karachi and from Parachinar on the border of Afghanistan to Taaftan near Iran and from Islamabad-Rawalpindi to the desert of Tharparkar.
Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi and his colleagues in the MWM said that a vast majority of Pakistani Shia Muslims have been united under the banner of the MWM that is literally a platform of unity of Muslims.
