MWM decided legal battle against govt baseless charges of sectarian attacks
Shoora Aali of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has decided that a legal battle be initiated to challenge the biased PMLN government that has accused MWM of two sectarian-motivated attacks.
MWM has turned down federal interior minister’s claim in response to a question in National Assembly, that MWM too was involved in two incidents of sectarian attacks. The Shoora Aali made it clear that MWM had never remained involved in any sort of illegal activity, let alone sectarian terrorism.
It is of the view that DG ISPR himself made public the fact that those attacked a seminary/mosque on Ashura in Rawalpindi hailed from Taliban and belonged to the same sect (but some anti-Shia biased elements had plotted to embroil Shia Muslims and MWM in that attacks which they never made).
The Shia Muslims are known as the most disciplined and peaceful community of Pakistan and has come under unabated attacks by terrorists from banned Deobandi takfiri outfits such as ASWJ, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Daesh, Taliban, etc. Instead of taking action against them, biased PMLN government plotted to equate them with said outfits that is unfair and unacceptable.
