Iranian Air Force Chief visits Pakistan on invitation

Iranian Air Force Chief Brigadier General Hassan Shahsafi heading a high-profile delegation arrived in Pakistan on Monday.

The visit is taking place upon the invitation of his Pakistani counterpart Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman during which they are scheduled to discuss bilateral issues.
Holding meetings with Pakistani high-ranking military officials is also on the Iranian commander’s visit program.
Chief of Army Staff of the Pakistan Army Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Iran last November upon invitation of Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri.
Iranian and Pakistani Navy forces have long-standing bilateral cooperation.
