Saudi King summons Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for meeting

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has left for Saudi Arabia after Saudi regime sent a special plane for him because King Salman wants to meet him, according to sources reported by the media

The special plane landed in Islamabad on Wednesday night to pick Shahbaz Sharif. Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan had met Shahbaz three days ago. Sources said that Saudi Kingdom is not feeling easy on the Pakistan’s closer ties with the countries that the Trump-led US administration has counted as enemies or rivals.
Pakistan has recently hosted 6-nations speakers’ conference in which Iranian Parliament speaker Dr Ali Larijani also participated. The Pakistan’s speaker and senate chairman also have lashed out at the unjustifiable blackmailing by the US administration against Pakistan.
