All Pakistan Shia Parties Conference will be held in Lahore on November 24 to finalise strategy on how to ensure immediate release of MWM leader Nasir Shirazi who was kidnapped on November 1 from Lahore Wapda Town.

The decision to hold the All Shia Parties Conference was made at a joint meeting of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen’s Shoora Aali and Imamia Students Organisation in Islamabad.
The participants thrashed out the possible course of actions and finally decided that all Shia parties should be consulted on this issue and a consensus course should be adopted.
The meeting also asked the Chief of the Army Staff and Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of the enforced disappearance of Nasir Shirazi and ensure his immediate release.
Allama Raja Nasir said at the meeting that Nasir Shirazi is a loyal son of Pakistan and the rulers who are stooges of India and Indian-allied GCC countries have got him kidnapped because he was a symbol of resistance to their tyranny and despotism.
ISO President Ansar Mehdi said that it is responsibility of the security agencies to ascertain the whereabouts of Nasir Shirazi and get him freed from the illegal captivity.
