LHC summons Speaker Punjab Assembly, Rana Sana and ECP officials on Dec 5

Hearing the petition filed by Nasir Shirazi of the MWM to seek disqualification of Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, Lahore High Court has summoned the Speaker Punjab Assembly, officials of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and Rana Sana on December 5.

The double bench of the LHC headed by Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan held third hearing of the petition yesterday and issued notices to summon said officials.
Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, deputy secretary general of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, had sought disqualification of Rana Sanaullah over his biased and malicious remarks against the respected members of judiciary with a malafide intention to divide the august State organ on sectarian line to avoid accountability in the Lahore Model Town massacre case.
Justice Baqir Najafi inquiry commission has given its report on the Model Town massacre in which supporters of Shias-allied Sunni scholar Dr Tahir ul Qadri were brutally murdered by trigger-happy cops. Rana Sana and his PMLN is an ally of banned takfiri terrorist outfit ASWJ (Sipah-e-Sahaba), the mother wing of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and mother of all terrorism Pakistan.

Rana Sana has got the petitioner Nasir Shirazi kidnapped to victimise him for the said petition.
