The armed cops in plainclothes kidnapped Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen deputy secretary general, Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, in Lahore tonight (on Wednesday night).

He was accompanied by his family members when a double cabin vehicle stormed into the Wapda Town commercial area. They first blocked their way and the cops whisked him away to their vehicle and left the scene, according to his wife.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, the MWM chief accused Punjab government of abducting Nasir Shirazi and condemned his undeclared and illegal custody.
Nasir Shirazi has filed a petition against Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah over his malicious statement aimed at dividing judiciary on sectarian lines due to Justice Baqir Najafi inquiry report regarding Model Town massacre in which Punjab government was reportedly held responsible for killing of supporters of Allama Dr Tahirul Qadri, head of Shias-allied Sunni party PAT’s chief.
Rana Sanaullah and his PMLN’s Punjab government is an ally of proscribed terrorist outfit ASWJ hence he had issued venomous malicious statement against Justice Baqir Najafi to sabotage the harmony among Muslims and entire Pakistani nation.
