Effigy of US president Trump burnt as MWM begins observing Down with US day

Supporters of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen have begun observing Down with US Day today by burning an effigy of US President Donald Trump to protest against his new policy for Afghanistan and South Asia in which he has blamed Pakistan for its failures in Afghanistan.

The first demonstration of the day was reported from Daro area of District Sujawal where MWM office bearer Mukhtiar Dayo led the protesters. They staged rally that culminated at the Press Cub. They raised slogans against the US administration and President Trump for hurling baseless accusations and threatening Pakistan. They also burnt an effigy of US President Trump. 
Countrywide rallies are being staged to mark Youm-e-Murdabad America on a call from Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, head of the MWM and details of those rallies will also be reported by the Shiite News.
