Anti-Shia PPP govt seeks inclusion of Allama Mirza Yousuf in 4th schedule list

Pakistan People’s Party’s Sindh government has evinced its bias and enmity towards peaceful Shia Muslim community by recommending the continued inclusion of Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain and other Shia Muslim scholars who are known as law abiding qualified scholars and also known for their efforts for unity of Muslims and peaceful political struggle.

Reports had it that Sindh government seeks continued inclusion of many Shia scholars including Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain in the list of 118 suspected terrorists/facilitators despite the fact that they never remained involved in any sort of illegal activity nor they backed anybody else to do so.
Allama Mirza Yousuf, an eminent Shia scholar, was named in the fourth schedule during the tenure of President General Pervez Musharraf in 2005. He introduced this policy of balance by imposing an unjustifiable ban on a peaceful Shia party TJP in a bid to equate and justify his ban on the notorious terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba, the mother organisation of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and mother of all terrorism in Pakistan.
Shia Muslims have warned all the parties including PPP to beware of the consequences of their biased and unjustifiable policy against eminent Shia scholars, otherwise Shia Muslims would vote against them in 2018 elections and wipe them off the political scene of Pakistan making alliance with their opponents and inflicting them the humiliating defeat. They demand immediate exclusion of Shia scholars names from the fourth schedule’s list.
